Sarah maps 2–3 processes per month. She buys Practitioner Monthly (300 credits / €29) when she needs credits. When her balance runs low she tops up — credits accumulate and her reset date extends. She only pays when she needs more credits.
Tom's team uses Synfliq heavily. He buys Professional Annual (12,000 credits / €758) — a full year's supply. In October he needs extra credits for a big project and buys a monthly top-up. Those credits are added immediately. His annual expiry is unchanged. Monthly top-ups can be added at any time up to the 15,000 credit maximum. Annual expiry unchanged.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you connect your own Anthropic API key to Synfliq. You pay Anthropic directly for AI usage and pay Synfliq a small platform access fee (€19/mo or €182/yr). Ideal for power users and teams with existing Anthropic accounts.
Credit plans include AI compute in the price — Synfliq pays Anthropic on your behalf and charges you credits per operation. BYOK plans charge a flat platform access fee — you pay Anthropic directly for usage. BYOK is more cost-effective for heavy users who already have an Anthropic account.
Monthly bundle credits reset 30 days from purchase. Annual bundle credits are valid for one year. BYOK users have no credit limits. Explorer credits (50 free credits) never expire but are a one-time grant.
Simply don't buy more credits. Your existing credits remain available until your bundle expires. There are no recurring charges — you only pay when you choose to buy credits.
Simply buy another bundle — credits add to your existing balance and your reset date extends by 30 days. You're never locked out mid-project.
Yes — annual bundles give you a full year of credits at 20% discount as a one-time purchase. Practitioner Annual: 3,600 credits for €278 (save €70). Professional Annual: 12,000 credits for €758 (save €190). No subscription or recurring charges.

EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism (0% VAT on invoice). Netherlands customers are charged 21% Dutch VAT. Non-EU customers (US etc.) are not charged VAT.
